Chris has recently joined the Glanville Training Team as a trainer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Having worked hard to expand his skillset and professional development over his time in the industry, Chris has spent over a decade as a self-employed trainer where he worked with professional bodies such as LANTRA and NPORS to train students from large companies across the South West such as Morrisons, Howdens and South West Water, visiting sites, assessing skillsets and training students in their own work environment.

Chris’s large portfolio of qualifications speaks for itself and he has spent years refining his teaching style to get the best out of his students ensuring they are confident in performing their roles upon completion of training.

In 2018, Chris achieved his Level 3 NVQ Assessor Teaching qualification. As a qualified LANTRA, NPORS, and CPCS Instructor and Tester, in the warehousing and construction industry, he has a proven track record of delivering the highest standard of training to his students including specialising in plant and machinery training such as Digger, Dumper & Telescopic Handler.

On top of this, Chris has a keen interest in health and safety having gained his NEBOSH, ISOH, and SMSTS certificates between 2018 and 2020.
