Streetworks Supervisor

Overview

The Streetworks supervisor course is for contractors, utilities, and authorities working on or around the highway, designed for both Supervisors and Operatives.

This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform operative/supervisor duties to the standards of the Legislation requirements.

To successfully complete the course, the below units are a requirement:

LA - Location and avoidance of underground apparatus.  
S1 - Monitoring signing, lighting and guarding.  
S2 - Monitoring excavation in the highway.  
S3 - Monitoring reinstatement and compaction of backfill materials.  
S4 - Monitoring reinstatement of sub-base and road base in non-bituminous materials.  
S5 - Monitoring reinstatement of bituminous materials.

Upon successfully completing the course you will be awarded a certificate.

Your days will include a 15 minute break in the morning and afternoon, you will also be allowed a 30 minute break for lunch.

Ensure your bring your own lunch, or alternatively lunch can be provided at £5 a head.

You must bring or know your national insurance number.

Course cancellations made within 5 working days prior of the course date, or, where delegates fail to attend the training course on the course date, will be charged in full.
