Enhance your expertise in safe and efficient Manual Handling with Glanville Training

Manual handling is one of the leading causes of workplace injuries, ranging from short-term strains to long-term musculoskeletal disorders. Whether you’re lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or supporting loads, knowing how to do it safely is critical—not just for your health, but for legal compliance and operational efficiency.

At Glanville Training, we offer a comprehensive manual handling course designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to perform manual handling tasks correctly and safely. This course goes beyond the basics, offering both in-depth theoretical insight and hands-on practical training, with a strong focus on injury prevention and legal compliance.

Delivered in line with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, this course ensures that you understand your responsibilities, can identify risks in your work environment, and know how to manage them effectively. Our training is relevant across a wide range of industries—including construction, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare—making it ideal for new staff, refresher training, or as part of an organisation’s health and safety strategy.
