Millie started her career at Glanville as Business Administration Apprentice and has progressed to become an integral member of the training team as Training Administrator. Within 18 months of working at Glanville, she has achieved her Level 3 Business Studies qualification, enabling her to gain an understanding of the company by assisting employees and building solid working relationships. This has progressed Millie to thrive in the workplace and transfer her skill set to the training centre where she supports Tina and the growing team by sourcing and booking internal and external courses for candidates and managing the training requirements of Glanville Environmental employees.
